About the Role
At Joom Group, you will be working on the most challenging problems and impactful products – whether it’s optimizing cross-border logistics through ML, architecting high-load B2B systems, developing service infrastructure with AI agents, or pioneering LLM-driven internal tools. Your work will drive significant business impact by combining technical excellence with smart, innovative ideas that improve user experience and optimize business efficiency.

Requirements
- Exceptional Software Engineer: Track record of building complex, reliable systems and deep understanding of the full stack, from infrastructure to ML-serving.
- AI Ready: Comfortable using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc. as extensions of your capabilities.
- Confident in making decisions grounded in data and measurable outcomes.
