About the Position
Trade Marketing Analyst
Evox is looking for a semi-senior Trade Marketing Analyst to join our team in Argentina. You will work on-site on retail projects for world-class clients. You will be the bridge between brand strategy and what happens at the point of sale, transforming data into concrete actions that improve product visibility, rotation, and profitability. If you come from the retail world and are comfortable with numbers, stores, and sales teams, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Sell-out and sell-in analysis: You will collect, cross-reference, and validate sales, inventory, and distribution data to identify growth opportunities by channel, category, and client.
- Planograms and display: You will design and validate point-of-sale layout proposals, ensuring each product has the optimal location and space according to its rotation and profitability.
- Activations and promotions: You will coordinate the execution of promotional campaigns and in-store activations, measuring their impact on traffic, conversion, and margin.
- Trade budget control: You will monitor trade action spending, reconciling invoices, surveying deviations, and proposing adjustments to maintain account profitability.
- Managerial reports: You will prepare periodic presentations with actionable insights for the client, combining sales data, distribution, and market share.
- Coordination with field teams: You will align with the sales and promoters team to ensure in-store execution meets brand standards and commercial agreements.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in trade marketing, category management, or similar roles within retail (Mandatory).
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets for processing, modeling, and presenting sales data (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of the point-of-sale dynamics: distribution, display, profitability by aisle, and relationship with modern and traditional channels.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly, both at the operational and managerial levels.
- Attention to detail and rigor in validating information before considering it accurate.
- Integrity and radical honesty: you report real results, even when they are not favorable, and take responsibility for your deliverables.
We Offer
- Be part of an ecosystem that hires only the best 1% of people and works with world-class clients in Latin America, the USA, and Europe.
- Challenging projects in retail where you will have real autonomy to propose and make decisions, backed by a team that values well-done work.
- A culture that respects what is truly important: you and your family first, then work. No high pressure or games.
- Real growth based on ability and delivery, not seniority or political reasons.
- An environment of radical transparency, without half-truths, where excellence as a craft and constant improvement are encouraged.
