  • Support Key Account Managers and the Field Sales team in identifying the most effective visibility solutions and promotional materials to drive customer and shopper engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Supply teams, agencies, and external suppliers to ensure alignment and successful execution of trade marketing activities.
  • Assist in the management of POSM budgets, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and related administrative processes.
  • Conduct store visits and market checks to evaluate execution quality, identify opportunities, and gather competitive insights.
  • Maintain updated databases, planograms, and visibility asset documentation to support effective reporting, governance, and project management.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive, agile, and enthusiastic mindset, demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
