Trade Marketing Assistant - Stage (6 mois) Janvier 2027 (F/H/NB)

About the Position

Ubisoft, a global leader in video games, is looking for a Trade Marketing Assistant intern to join our team in January 2027. This role is office-based and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the visibility and success of our game brands.

Responsibilities

• Elaboration des offres commerciales

  • Assister le manager pendant les discussions sur la stratégie d’offre des nouvelles sorties de jeux (nombre d’éditions, contenus additionnels, bonus de précommande…)
  • Participer au développement des contenus additionnels physiques pour les éditions limitées et collectors (artbook, figurine, goodies…)
  • Analyser et formaliser les offres commerciales concurrentes

• Développement des outils de communication Sales Marketing et supports de vente

  • Rédiger les briefs créatifs agences et garantir le suivi du développement des outils physiques et digitaux :
    • Physiques, à destination des partenaires internationaux (PLV, Goodies…)
    • Digitaux, à destination des pages produits et des Réseaux sociaux (Mockups, Screenshots, Trailers d’éditions, visuels promotionnels)
  • Proposer et implémenter des outils innovants pour optimiser les pages produits.

• Collaboration, coordination et diffusion de l'information auprès des filiales et des différents services du siège

  • Coordonner les projets avec différentes équipes (marketing, studios, sales, manufacturing…)
  • Localiser et adapter les outils trade marketing aux besoins locaux,
  • S’assurer de la diffusion des outils développés auprès des départements concernés

Requirements

• Étudiant·e, idéalement avec une première expérience en Trade, Marketing ou Gestion de projet
• Véritable TeamPlayer, capable de gérer ses priorités et travailler sur plusieurs dossiers en même temps
• Rigoureux, organisé et créatif avec un excellent relationnel
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• Maîtrise du pack office (Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word). La maîtrise de Photoshop est un plus
