Trading Operations Specialist UAE

For 20 years, the company has been successful in the stock market thanks to significant investments in trader development, trading technologies, a progressive risk management model, and the creation of effective trading strategies.

We are currently looking for a Trading Operations Specialist to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

• Support traders in their daily operations and handle their requests
• Monitor system stability and respond quickly to issues
• Work with tickets and help resolve incidents
• Collaborate with the development team (report bugs and improvement ideas)
• Maintain and update documentation and knowledge base
• Suggest improvements to make processes faster and more efficient

Requirements

• Experience in Operations / Support roles
• Experience in high-load environments (fast response, multitasking)
• English level B1 or higher
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
• Understanding of incident management and customer support principles
• Basic knowledge of trading and financial systems
• Strong communication, teamwork, and reasoning skills

Work Schedule

Weekdays with rotating shifts:

• Morning shift: 09:00–17:00
• Day shift: 11:00–19:00 (on-site)
• Evening shift: 18:30–02:00 (remote)
