Traffic Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Traffic Manager with 3+ years of experience in iGaming, Betting, or Affiliate Marketing to join our fast-growing business group. This role is remote and offers the opportunity to work in beautiful offices located in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Yerevan, or fully remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage traffic distribution across GEOs, brands, and acquisition channels according to business priorities.
• Analyze traffic performance and key business metrics (FTD, RD, CPA, ROI, LTV), identifying optimization opportunities and growth potential.
• Collaborate with Affiliate, Media Buying, CRM, Product, and Country Management teams to achieve acquisition goals.
• Monitor traffic volumes and quality, ensuring timely response to performance deviations and business needs.
• Prepare analytical reports, forecasts, and actionable recommendations to improve acquisition efficiency and support business decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming, Betting, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Strong understanding of key user acquisition metrics, including FTD, RD, CPA, ROI, LTV, Retention, and Conversion Rate.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience working with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or similar.
• Experience working with large datasets and preparing analytical reports.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of affiliate, paid, and organic traffic acquisition channels and their performance drivers.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• English proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher.
