Your Impact

Als Trainee Financial Services (m/w/d) arbeitest du dich systematisch in den Bereich Financial Services ein – und wendest dein neu erworbenes Wissen in den Prüfungs- oder Beratungsprojekten unserer Mandanten an. Die Stationen werden in den unterschiedlichen Themengebieten mit dir festgelegt und reichen von Kreditgeschäft, Trading & Treasury, Regulatorik über ESG, Governance (Compliance, Geldwäscheprävention etc.) und IT bis hin zum Risikomanagement. Und das Beste ist: Entsprechend Deiner Interessen kannst du deinen Weg individuell mitgestalten.

• Training: Die Branche und ihre Herausforderungen lernst du aus unterschiedlicher fachlicher Perspektive kennen - ebenso die Einsatzbereiche innerhalb der Service Line Financial Services.
• Know-how-Zuwachs: Im Rahmen der Prüfungs- und Beratungsprojekte erarbeitest du dir fundiertes Wissen über Prozessabläufe und Vorgaben der Financial Service Industrie.
• Begleitung: In deiner 18-monatigen Trainee-Zeit hast du erfahrene Mentoren an deiner Seite.
• Perspectives: Nach Abschluss des Trainee-Programms stehen dir vielfältige Spezialisierungsmöglichkeiten und Karrierewege offen.
• Start: You can begin the trainee program at the start of each quarter.

Your Skillset

• Excellent degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Law, or related fields
• Specialized subjects in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Banking, Credit Industry, STEM, Finance, or Controlling
• Practical experience through relevant internships or vocational training in Financial Services
• Systematic, solution-oriented approach, analytical thinking, and teamwork
• Travel willingness and excellent command of German and English in speech and writing
