About the Position
Pecode is an IT company with 8 years of experience. We are looking for a proactive Trainee Lead Generation Specialist to join our lead generation team.
Responsibilities
- Search and collect information about potential clients (leads) according to the target audience of the company.
- Form and update the contact base of potential clients (lead generation).
- Primary qualification of leads according to defined criteria.
- Communication with potential clients at the initial stages of interaction.
- Use AI-based tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, etc.) to prepare texts, check grammar, and improve the quality of communication.
- Monitor, analyze profiles/vacancies, and submit proposals on client search platforms (Upwork).
- Interact with the team to coordinate the lead search strategy.
- Continuous learning and improvement of business communication and IT terminology skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (B1 written and spoken).
- Understanding of business communication principles.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Basic understanding of IT processes.
- Basic skills in working with AI (ChatGPT/Grammarly).

- Knowledge of Upwork.

- Full-time.
