About the Position

Our Trainee program is designed to help you gain real project experience, learn from experienced engineers, and grow into a professional role in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced specialists on real projects
- Learn modern technologies and development practices
- Participate in team tasks and small project assignments
- Improve your technical and communication skills
- Get feedback and mentorship from senior team members
- Explore different areas of IoT development to find your strongest fit
Requirements
- Basic understanding of your chosen IT direction (or strong willingness to learn)
- Motivation to grow and develop professionally
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team collaboration mindset
- Responsibility and curiosity about how things work
- English level sufficient for reading documentation and team communication (B1+)
