What You Bring
- High motivation and enthusiasm to work in a rapidly growing internet company
- Very well-completed degree in economic sciences, mathematical-technical, or IT-oriented studies, or another quantitatively oriented degree program
- You feel at home in the online world and impress with your affinity for digital processes
- Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex technical matters (e.g., API interfaces)
- You bring an analytical-structured working method with high problem-solving orientation and a high level of commitment
- Hands-on mentality, very good communication skills (in German and English) and enjoy working in a team
Responsibilities
Within 24 months, you will go through four stations and get to know our different product management teams. Your stations will be planned individually according to your interests and competencies in consultation with our departments.
After completing your trainee program, you will work permanently in one of our product management teams, which we will define in consultation with you and the departments.
Your trainee program stands out by:
- Stations in different teams of the hotel product management
- Getting to know the entire hotel product through one-week assignments in other functions, for example, in performance marketing, customer advice, data science, controlling, or partner management
- Individual design of the program according to interests and competencies
- Development and reflection talks accompanied by human resources
- Unlimited employment contract from the start
What You Will Learn
In your trainee program, you will learn agile methods and work closely with other product managers, the data science team, IT, and management. Through the stations in the following three areas, you will become a generalist (m/w/d) for the product management of our hotel comparison:
Product (Best User Experience)
In this area, you will learn what good user experience means. You will create concepts and designs for new features for the app and website, accompany the IT implementation, and measure success, for example, through A/B tests. Your tasks here also include observing and analyzing technological developments and competitors.
Providers (Best Prices)
As a price comparison, we receive the prices and content of hotels from affiliated providers. You will learn to work with technical interfaces and use many practical IT tools such as Postman or Grafana. Through continuous optimization, you will help to always offer our customers the best prices.
Post-Booking (Best Service)
We want to offer our customers the best service during their booking. This includes, among other things, that our customers can solve many inquiries independently via self-service, for example, through a chatbot. The use of AI is essential here. You will be in close contact with our customer service and ensure that more and more processes are automated. You will track progress through analyses and reports.
