What You Bring

• Educational Background: Ideally a degree supplemented by completed training, e.g., in forwarding and logistics services, and initial practical experience in transport logistics.
• Leadership Experience: Preferably initial leadership experience or the motivation to take on team responsibility in the future.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, presentation skills, and proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Work Style: Structured, independent work approach, high initiative, and hands-on mentality.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and team spirit.
