• Education and Experience: Completed studies or comparable education with a focus on logistics/material management and initial practical experience in transport and/or warehouse logistics.
• Leadership Potential: Motivation to take over the operational management of a team in the future.
• Skills: Analytical and conceptual thinking, secure presentation skills, and proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Work Style: Structured, independent work approach, high commitment, and hands-on mentality.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
