- Building and shortening campaign links (Short.io)
- Launching, monitoring, and controlling daily SMS broadcasts
- Registration, verification, and communication with SMS platforms and support teams
- Setup and maintenance of tracking infrastructure (domains, subdomains, links)
- Cloudflare DNS management (including migrations from Namecheap, record setup, fixes)
- Research, preparation, and editing of domains/sites for tracking and phone verification
- Fixing basic technical and tracking-related issues
- Filling daily analytics reports, internal tables, and operational dashboards
- Availability for regular weekend tasks related to critical SMS launches
Requirements
- Fast learner with a strong technical and operational mindset
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ownership
- Previous experience in SMS marketing or digital marketing will be a strong plus
- Basic HTML knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work from the office (hybrid format)
- Intermediate English level (written & spoken - emails, support chats, occasional calls)
Nice to Have
- Fluent/Advanced English: While intermediate is required, fluent conversational English is a strong advantage for seamless communication with international partners and platforms.
- Copywriting flair: Basic experience in writing or editing short-form marketing copy (especially for health or finance niches).
- Data & Analytics skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for filling out operational dashboards and analytics reports.
- Familiarity with web infrastructure: Any prior exposure to domain registrars (like Namecheap), DNS management (like Cloudflare), or link shortening tools (like Short.io).
- Tech-savvy curiosity: A natural interest in troubleshooting basic tracking issues or learning how marketing automation tools work.
