Responsibilities

Provide expert remote support and basic administration with a focus on:

Requirements

• Experience with Windows operating systems and office applications
• Upper-intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)
• Readiness to different time shifts (our operations are 24/7)
• Troubleshooting skills
• Communication and people skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, punctual, quick-thinking, creative, and proactive
