Trainee Technical Operations Specialist (Domains & Hosting)

Your Future Tasks
- Registration of new domains
- Domain renewals and expiration control
- DNS configuration (A, AAAA, CNAME, NS, MX, TXT) according to instructions
- Work with hostings and VPS (account creation, domain binding, basic settings)
- Domain and hosting records management (tables, statuses, dates, accesses)
- Website availability, SSL, and basic error checks
- Communication with registrar and hosting support (tickets, chats)
- Execution of standard technical tasks according to checklists
- Adherence to internal instructions and documentation
Your Experience is Relevant to Us If
- You are a confident PC user
- You can work with instructions and checklists
- You know English at the level of reading technical interfaces with a translator
- You understand basic internet concepts (domain, site, IP, DNS)
- You have a desire to constantly develop and learn new things
- You have an analytical mindset and can find cause-and-effect relationships
