About the Position

Join our team as a Trainee/Junior Automation QA Engineer (Mobile) and contribute to creating and maintaining detailed test documentation and executing automated test scripts.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using WebdriverIO, Appium, or other tools.
Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing for mobile applications.
Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve issues.
Conduct API testing and validate request/response structures and performance.
Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
Analyse and report test results, providing clear insights into product quality and potential risks.

Requirements

Experience with Appium for test automation.
Hands-on experience in manual testing, including maintaining and creating test documentation.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: JavaScript.
Familiarity with tools such as Android Studio and Xcode or equivalent.
Experience with Git for version control.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration processes.
Hands-on experience in mobile application testing (Android/iOS).
Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman.
Understanding of client-server architecture and HTTP protocols.
