Our company is looking for talented students without commercial experience to join the project team, working on real products in embedded software development (Embedded Linux, RTOS, Bare-metal, Networking).

Candidate Journey

Stage 1: Application

To go over additional details, our HR manager will get in touch with you via the communication channels listed in your CV. If you meet the job requirements, you will be invited to an HR interview.

Stage 2: HR Interview

Meet with our HR manager for an in-person chat at our office or online via Google Meet. Learn about our firm, career growth possibilities, and the fascinating project for which we are hiring. The HR manager will review your CV and ask further about your experience, motivation, and expectations. The interview is scheduled to run up to 60 minutes. You will receive an invitation to a technical interview or a regretful response within 7 working days.

Stage 3: Technical Interview

Participate in discussions with our project manager, technical interviewer, and HR manager. The project manager presents project insights and questions on management and methods. The technical interviewer assesses your knowledge of relevant technology. The purpose of this test is to evaluate your technical knowledge and validate your experience. The interview might run up to 120 minutes, which allows for a complete review.

Stage 4: Offer

Congratulations! We will send you a formal offer via mail if you pass the HR and technical interviews. In any event, you should expect to receive a response from us within 7 business days after the technical interview. We respect your time and will keep you updated throughout the process.
