- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's in education, human resources, organizational development, or a closely related field
- Professional certifications, training facilitation experience, or hands-on instructional design projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication-“showing your work”

We Offer
