Training & Development Specialist / Personnel Developer (m/f/d)

As part of our People Development team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of personnel development measures. You will work closely with managers and employees to identify and promote their individual needs.

Responsibilities

Working on the further development of our Appsfactory Academy

• Implementing new processes and integrating your personal vision of people development measures
• Researching and designing internal and external target group-specific talent management products, including leadership training
• Planning and organization of workshops, seminars, and trainings with the possibility to work as an internal trainer yourself
• Organization, conception, and implementation of our community learning offers (e.g. peer-to-peer learning, mentoring, lunch and learn, etc.)
• Documentation and continuous optimization of training content on our intranet
• Ensuring the analysis and measurability of our offer portfolio through meaningful KPIs and reporting
• Budget management, approval, controlling, and reporting of training costs

Contributing to the further development of our career paths and feedback processes

• Helping to shape our career paths and feedback culture
• Evaluation (and prospectively also management) of staff appraisals, potential analyses, and further development of our team
• Direct contact person for our employees and managers when it comes to further development, skills assessments, etc.

Requirements

• Academic degree in an economic (focus on personnel development), psychological, or pedagogical field or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in HR development with a focus on talent management and/or leadership development in a company (you are familiar with terms such as 360° feedback and horizontal development)
• Enthusiasm for development and talent management concepts
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working, curiosity, and hands-on mentality
• High sense of responsibility, confident demeanor, and willingness to perform
• Know-how and methodological competence, desire to use new methods and tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills: you are able to quickly build a network within the company
• Analytical and structured way of thinking
• Interest in the IT industry and agile methods

Nice to Have

• Initial experience in project management, as a workshop moderator, and/or coach
