Training Coordinator at Clean Harbors, Deer Park, TX

HPC-Industrial powered by Clean Harbors is looking for a Training Coordinator to join their safety-conscious team! The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day training operations across multiple Training Academy locations and branch operations. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for training logistics, scheduling, documentation, records management, classroom administration, onboarding delivery, and external training providers to ensure a consistent and efficient training experience throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day training operations across multiple locations
• Manage training schedules and resources
• Monitor online learning completion and maintain training records
• Deliver standardized onboarding programs
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with company standards
• Serve as the primary facilitator of the organization's Day 1 onboarding program
• Introduce new employees to company culture, safety expectations, operational standards, and workforce readiness requirements

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, Training Administration, Adult Education, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in training coordination, onboarding, workforce administration, scheduling, or a related role
• Experience delivering classroom-based orientation or onboarding programs preferred
• Experience managing training records, compliance documentation, and learning management systems
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, LMS platforms, and training administration systems
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees, instructors, operational leaders, and external partners
