DYNE Hospitality Group, Tropical Smoothie Cafe's largest franchisee, is seeking a Training Coordinator in Little Rock, AR. This role is pivotal in creating strong, effective learning experiences for certified trainers across the organization.

Responsibilities

• New Café Opening Training:

  • Lead pre-opening and post-opening training teams, delegate tasks, and ensure new team members are properly trained and motivated.
  • Foster an inspired work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.
  • Continuously update NRO training agenda and trainer playbooks to support company standard improvements or operational changes.
  • Ensure timely coordination of café opening timelines, pre-opening coaching with General Manager/DM, and follow-up through the training to ensure flawless execution.
  • Ensure adequate and quick adjustments are made for staffing levels and scheduling to meet projected business demand.
  • Conduct post-opening trainer evaluations and map out a development plan for each trainer.
  • Create a feedback loop to improve the new café opening process for all parties involved.
  • Additional opening opportunities and duties may occur and be assigned depending on business needs.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily café routines to ensure smooth operations, including inventory management, ordering, scheduling, checklist completion, and KPI readiness.
  • Update training materials and tools to support operational changes and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations across all café activities.
  • Monitor and maintain operational standards to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.
  • Perform additional duties assigned to support the overall success of the café operations.

• KPI Duties:

  • Monitor labor cost and establish truck pars during the first three weeks of the opening.
  • Ensure training and process accuracy in cash handling, register operations, safe counts, and bank deposits.
