Responsibilities

Strategic Transformation Leadership

Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO).
Drive the execution of the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap.
Ensure alignment between ERP deployment and the Finance Target Operating Model.
Coordinate business, IT and external implementation partners globally.
Maintain governance across all program workstreams.

Business Process Transformation

Drive global process standardization and best-practice adoption.
Implement scalable Oracle Fusion solutions while minimizing unnecessary customization.
Balance global standards with local regulatory requirements.
Establish robust process ownership and governance.

Program Governance & Executive Stakeholder Management

Establish and lead governance structures and executive steering committees.
Manage risks, dependencies, escalations and decision-making processes.
Monitor program performance through KPIs and executive dashboards.
Ensure cross-functional alignment across global teams.

Change Management & Business Readiness

Drive organizational readiness across regions and business units.
Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption strategies.
Oversee training and deployment readiness activities.
Support successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

Benefits Realization & Continuous Improvement

Own delivery of the approved business case and transformation outcomes.
Measure financial and operational benefits.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned programs.
Ensure sustainable value creation following deployment.

Requirements

Experience

15+ years of leadership experience in Finance Transformation, ERP or large-scale business transformation programs.
Proven success leading complex global ERP transformations, ideally with Oracle Fusion.
Strong expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation.
Experience within Shared Services and Global Business Services environments.
Track record managing multinational stakeholders and multi-country deployments.
Strong understanding of finance processes including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.

Skills & Leadership Capabilities

Executive presence with exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives without direct authority.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
Expertise in program governance, risk management and benefits realization.
Excellent communication, presentation and change leadership skills.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Resilience, adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.

Education

Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Information Systems.
MBA considered an advantage.
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
