Transformation Office Expert

We are seeking a Transformation Office expert to join our team in Brussels, Belgium, for a 6-month contract starting November 16, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of governance bodies (SteerCo, committees)
• Monitoring the progress of projects and programs
• Budget tracking
• Risk and dependency tracking
• Updating the global roadmap
• Production of dashboards and steering reports

Requirements

• Hard Skills

  • PMO, program steering, and portfolio management (PMBOK, Agile)
  • Data consolidation and reporting (BI, MS-Office, MS-Project)
  • Analysis, synthesis, and structuring of information

• Soft Skills

  • Rigor and reliability of the information produced
  • Structured communication: translating complex data into decision-making elements
  • Collaboration with business, IT teams, and sponsors

Profile Sought

• Higher education (Master's) in management, engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO, program management, portfolio management, or transformation
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and structuring capabilities

Languages

• French: Native
