About the Position

We are seeking a Transport Dispatcher to join our Distribution team in Timișoara, Romania. The role involves coordinating transportation activities and ensuring efficient transport operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily transportation activities.
Support transport planning and route organization.
Communicate with drivers and relevant stakeholders.
Monitor transport orders and ensure that required documentation is available and accurate.
Follow up on deliveries and transport activities.
Identify and communicate operational issues in a timely manner.
Ensure that transportation activities are carried out according to established procedures.
Maintain accurate information in the relevant digital systems.

Requirements

Knowledge of Transportation

Basic knowledge of transportation organization and logistics.
Familiarity with transport documents such as CMR documents, delivery notes, transport orders, invoices, etc.
Understanding of routes, transportation costs, and transport planning.
Knowledge of legislation regarding drivers’ driving and rest periods is considered an important advantage.

Language & Digital Skills

English:
Good digital skills and ability to work with relevant computer systems and tools.
Ability to work with and manage transport-related information digitally.
