Travel Advisor - German Market (seasonal contract)

We are looking for a Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to delivering tailor-made boating experiences to our German clients.

About Click&Boat

Click&Boat is the leading European boat rental platform and a fast-growing company. Our main objective is to make boating accessible around the world and to provide private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals.

We have achieved over 100 percent growth annually since our conception in 2013. Our Barcelona office is located in the historic heart of Ciutat Vella, just steps from the Barcelona Cathedral, in a modern coworking space, only a 20-minute walk from the marina.

Responsibilities

• Understanding our customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in your pipeline.
• Maximizing the conversion rate by applying Sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat the next time they go sailing.

Requirements

• Native German and fluent in English.
• Ideally with previous successful working experience in customer-facing roles.
• A team player who inspires trust, is ready to take the initiative, and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction-driven attitude.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of another language.
• Boating background and interest.

Contract Details

• Contract: Fijo-Discontinuo (fixed term contract).
• Start date: March 1st, or May 2027.
• Duration: 4 to 6 months.
• Salary: 1,823 euros gross per month.
