Travel ER registered nurse night shift at Talented Medical Solutions Oro Valley, AZ

About the Position

We are seeking a Travel ER Registered Nurse for the night shift at Talented Medical Solutions in Oro Valley, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Emergency Department patients utilizing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and clinical judgment in emergency and high-acuity situations.
• Anticipate patient needs and proactively plan for safe, efficient care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competency through ongoing continuing education and professional development.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities appropriately based on staff education, training, and experience.
• Provide direction, supervision, and support to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Document patient care accurately and timely using the Cerner electronic medical record system.

Requirements

• Active Arizona RN License
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
• Current certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Experience using Cerner EMR
• Ability and willingness to float between facilities and departments

Nice to Have

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification
