About the Position

We are looking for a Travel Manager to join our fast-growing business group. In this role, you will coordinate travel logistics and ensure smooth operations within a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with suppliers and service providers (hotels, transfer companies, etc.)
  • Managing and monitoring key deadlines (rooming lists, submissions, transfers, and other project milestones)
  • Preparation and maintenance of rooming lists
  • Data validation and quality checks before submission
  • Managing travel-related changes and updates (flights, accommodations, transfers)
  • Maintaining cost tracking and operational documentation

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in travel or operations-related roles
  • English B2
  • Understanding of the full travel lifecycle (end-to-end), from planning and booking to trip completion
  • Basic expertise in travel operations, including knowledge of different airline types, hotel chains and categories, travel planning best practices, and industry-specific tips and tricks
  • Ability to work independently with internal tools and systems (Jira, spreadsheets, task tracking systems, etc.)
  • Strong vendor management skills, including effective communication and coordination with hotels, transfer providers, travel agencies, and other service partners

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Polish legislation and regulations
  • Experience interacting with government authorities and public institutions in Poland
