About the Position
Travel Specialist
We are EVERSTAR, the first recruiting agency in MilTech for those ready to shape the technological future.
We are looking for a Travel Specialist to join our MilTech team, which creates solutions you've read about in the news.
This role is for those who want their work to have a direct impact on results, build processes, launch initiatives, and develop the Admin direction in a rapidly scaling company.
Responsibilities
- Organization of business trips for company employees within Ukraine and abroad.
- Calculation and approval of travel budgets.
- Building optimal travel logistics (air, rail, bus transportation).
- Booking tickets, hotels, transfers, insurance, VIP services at airports (as needed).
- Issuing invitations, visas, insurance policies, and other travel documents.
- Monitoring changes in border crossing rules and visa requirements.
- Handling force majeure situations (canceled flights, route changes, delays).
- Controlling settlements with service providers.
- Communication with contractors (airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurance companies).
- Optimizing business travel expenses.
- Advising employees on travel rules and procedures.
- Providing support to employees on trips and promptly resolving travel-related issues, if necessary, 24/7.
Requirements
- Experience in the corporate segment in organizing business trips is mandatory / experience in the travel industry.
- Attention to detail, literacy, and a high level of service.
- Proficient PC user, Microsoft Office.
- English at the conversational level B2.
- Higher education.
