About the Position

Treasury Analyst (m/f/d) - Hybrid

Join a leading multinational organisation within its industry as a Treasury Analyst (m/f/d) based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily cash inflows and outflows;
• Ensure the effective management of financing activities and compliance with repayment schedules;
• Manage daily treasury operations to support working capital requirements;
• Prepare short and medium-term cash flow forecasts;
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline treasury processes;
• Collaborate with international teams to identify and mitigate financial risks;
• Participate in fraud prevention and control initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, procedures, and internal control requirements;
• Support local and international projects related to financial processes and digital transformation;
• Participate in monthly and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, balance validations, and financial analyses;
• Contribute to the analysis of financial results and the implementation of improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years' professional experience in analytic treasury functions;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Solid knowledge of treasury management principles and treasury systems;
• Familiarity with international accounting standards and applicable financial regulations;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders;
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and results-driven profile;
• Interest in continuous improvement, automation, and process digitalization;
• Team-oriented approach and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
