We are currently seeking a Treasury Manager for our portfolio company Growly.

Cool products are built not by vacancies, but by people. Therefore, we do not "close the position"-we are looking for a person who will raise the team's bar-maybe that's you.

The treasury function is already working, but outside the business. Your task is to take it in-house and make it autonomous, with its own processes, policies, and decisions.

Challenges Await You

• Process payments according to schedules from marketing and product teams to ensure business obligations are met on time and without manual searches for agreements;
• Predict liquidity needs and surpluses for individual legal entities so that the business can see in advance where money is lacking and where they are idle;
• Manage liquidity for individual legal entities: allocate funds between them, maintain working balances, and prevent cash shortages;
• Independently negotiate with banks for better cooperation terms: tariffs, limits, products;
• Independently and promptly open payment accounts according to business needs;
• Together with corporate lawyers, develop a system of credit agreements for intra-group financing;
• Handle non-standard payment situations that cannot be resolved according to instructions and foresee payment risks before they become a problem.

What is Important to Us

• You have 3+ years of experience in treasury: FMCG, agro, IT;
• You have opened accounts in Europe, the USA, and Asia and worked with a multi-currency structure for 5+ legal entities;
• You feel confident in non-standard payment situations and can predict payment risks before they become a problem;
• You have a deep understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance processes from banks: you know what questions the bank will ask, what documents it will request, and how to prepare the response in advance;
• You have independently negotiated with banks on service conditions: tariffs, limits, bank products;
• You have worked with intra-group financing, participated in preparing credit agreements between group entities;
• You confidently work in Excel and ERP systems (Business Central or similar);
• You independently prioritize: manage daily operations, ad-hoc tasks, and strategic goals without micromanagement;
• You have English proficiency at B2+ level.

• Experience in implementing AI solutions in treasury or financial operations.
