About the Position
Treasury Specialist (m/w/d)
Join our team at our Schrobenhausen location as a Treasury Specialist with BAUER GmbH & Co. KGaA.
Responsibilities
- Steuerung der Konzernliquidität weltweit
- Management und Optimierung der Zahlströme und -prozesse
- Gestaltung und Verhandlung konzerninterner Finanzierungen unter Berücksichtigung von Drittvergleichsgrundsätzen sowie Vereinbarung von Bankkrediten und Leasingfinanzierungen
- Identifikation, Bewertung und Absicherung von Zins- und Währungsrisiken
- Ansprechpartner für Tochtergesellschaften, interne Fachabteilungen sowie Finanzierungspartner weltweit
- Erstellung von Adhoc-Auswertungen und Unterstützung bei Projekten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. im Bankwesen) und/oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. ä.
- Idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung, z.B. in den Bereichen Bankwesen, Treasury, Controlling
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten zur Interpretation von Finanzdaten und zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
