The company is steadily growing, developing its own product portfolio, and supporting initiatives aimed at responsible and ethical business.

Currently, we are looking for a Treasury team lead to join our financial team, who will lead the treasury direction and ensure the management of cash flows, accurate accounting of company expenses, and fulfillment of payment obligations with all counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Organization of the full cycle of company's current expenses and their accounting in the financial and accounting system.
• Calculation, payment, and accounting of all types of rewards in accordance with the company's policy.
• Management of the company's payment instruments: bank accounts and payment systems (PSP).
• Undergoing KYC and financial monitoring procedures.
• Management of the company's incoming and outgoing cash flows, CF planning.
• Administration and execution of B2B transactions.
• Communication and execution of joint financial operations with partner companies and projects.
• Closing the expense part of management reporting at the end of the month.
• Organization and implementation of the process of dividend payments and accounting.
• Ensuring the fulfillment of team performance indicators.
• Management of Treasury direction business processes, their description, systematization, optimization, and automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a financial specialist in the IT sector, experience in iGaming, crypto domains is a significant advantage.
• Experience in team management/mentoring junior specialists from 1 year.
• Planning CF skills.
• Proficient in Google Spreadsheet and Excel, use of complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with the full cycle of Payroll.
• Fundamental knowledge of financial management principles.
• Skills in working with the payment calendar.
• Understanding of the principles of payment systems operation and the rules for working with them.
• Understanding of the essence and experience in passing KYC and financial monitoring procedures.
• Understanding of the principles of cryptocurrency systems operation.
• Skills in working with domain registrars.
• Skills in working with QuickBooks, Saasant, G-accon, Jira.
• English language at least at the B1 level.
