What Does a Trial Class Manager (TCM) Do? 🎧

The Trial Class Manager is the person who provides the family's first real experience with Kodland, combining the roles of education, consultation, communication, and sales.

During a 60-minute Zoom session, you will:

  • Get to know the child and their guardian and build a comfortable rapport with them.
  • Understand the child's interests, previous experiences, and family goals.
  • Conduct a short practical activity using Kodland's ready-made materials.
  • Suggest the most suitable educational program based on the child's needs and interests.
  • Explain the program's value and answer the guardian's questions.
  • Handle hesitation or objections professionally.
  • Discuss enrollment and payment options and help the family make a clear decision.

You won't need to find clients yourself.

Trial classes are booked in advance according to your schedule and assigned to you through Kodland's systems.

This Role Combines:

🎓 Education - Explaining ideas clearly and keeping the child engaged.

🗣 Communication and Consultation - Listening well, asking the right questions, and adapting your style to each family.

💼 Sales - Clarifying the program's value, confidently discussing prices, and helping to complete enrollment when the program is suitable for the family.

⚠️ Important:

This is not just a traditional teaching job, nor a Call Center job based on reading a ready script.

You will receive a clear structure, materials, training, and support, but we also expect you to think independently, adapt to each family, and lead the conversation confidently.

  • Willingness to work at least one day during the weekend.
  • Comfort in communicating with children and parents.
  • Willingness to work in a performance and sales-driven environment.

Additional Advantage If You Have:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, Customer Success, Call Center, consulting, teaching, or training.
  • Previous experience working with children or parents.
  • Experience working remotely and organizing your schedule independently.

Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement - we will train you on the way to work.

Commitment to Schedule

You specify your availability in advance in coordination with the Team Leader, and we expect you to adhere to the periods you open so that families do not wait without attendance.

Of course, we understand that emergencies may occur. The important thing is professional and advance communication as much as possible so that the team can handle any changes smoothly.

This job does not depend on a fixed monthly salary.

Income is linked to your performance and results, and is based on a commission and bonus system.

💡 Important to Know:

We support team members through continuous training, performance analysis, feedback, webinars, and sharing best practices.

However, income growth does not happen automatically or immediately. Results depend on your skills, learning speed, commitment, and ability to continuously improve your performance.

If you are someone who enjoys learning, analyzing results, and improving performance step by step, this job gives you a real opportunity to increase your income as your level develops.
