Calling all tourism pros based in Phuket, Thailand!

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Airport Reps. If you have the right to live and work in Thailand, speak Thai & English then keep on reading!

This role runs from 1st November 2026 to 30th April 2027. Candidates must be available to work for the full duration of the contract.

The closing date for applications is the 20th of October 2026.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests at the airport and build strong connections with each one.
Handle changes and challenges in the busy airport environment, ensuring all guests’ questions are fully answered.
Ensure smooth and efficient airport operations by reliably handling all aspects of arrivals, departures, and transfers.
Monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback.
Represent our company’s values and culture, maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.
