Responsibilities
- Assist clients in evaluating capital options, maximizing transaction value, and achieving strategic objectives.
- Support the preparation of comprehensive financial reviews of client operations.
- Provide advisory services on corporate risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams from various strategy and transactions sub-service lines.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives that promote a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, while influencing and advising key decision-makers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3+ years of relevant work experience in corporate restructuring.
- Strong finance and accounting capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Flexibility to travel in the region (approximately 25 to 50% of the time).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Islamic finance.
- Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Auditing experience and client-facing experience from a professional services or consulting background.
- Full fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken.
