About Project
FitMe is a fitness app designed for individuals who want to stay active without long, repetitive workouts. It offers short, easy-to-follow routines that can be done at home with no equipment. FitMe is perfect for busy people who want to maintain their health, boost energy levels, and feel good every day - without going to the gym or spending hours on exercise.
Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns to maximize profit (primarily on Meta) and understand the peculiarities of TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.
- Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns using various BI tools and optimize accordingly.
- Monitor user behavior and LTV, gain insights from user data, and provide regular reporting on results.
- Share insights with creative producers and product marketing managers.
- Follow trends on the platforms, competitor’s activities, and suggest ideas for implementation in the creative strategy.
- Keep up to date with the latest UA strategies and technologies and suggest improvements.
- Generate creative ideas together with the CP and PMM teams.
- Research the target audience within the context of performance marketing (its characteristics, interests, behavior, and pain points).
Requirements
- Experience of at least 1 year with paid acquisition on Meta (priority).
- Expertise in web-to-web acquisition and subscription models.
- Managing budgets from $400-500K monthly.
- Understanding how creative and product marketing flows work and ability to impact these processes.
- Expertise in analyzing massive data and making correct decisions based on it.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make correct decisions.
- English – Upper-Intermediate.
