About the Position
We are seeking a skilled UI Developer to design and prototype new features and experiences for our web applications.
Responsibilities
- Designs and prototypes new features and experiences
- Illustrates design ideas
- Designs graphic UI elements including icons, banners, menus, bands, forms
- Creates UI mockups, prototype in HTML/CSS/WordPress
- Adheres to style and design standards
- Formulates and implements designs
- Works closely with stakeholders to ensure relevance, design, and legal requirements are met
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 2-3 years experience in UX/UI design role with hands-on experience building multi-faceted web-based applications
- Good understanding and experience of building user interfaces for websites and/or multi-faceted web applications
- Experience in graphic design, wireframe creation, storyboarding, process flows, and sitemaps
- Comfortable working with modern design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, InVision, etc.
- Experience designing Dashboards and Data visualization
- Experience/understanding in programs such as Bootstrap, jQuery, WordPress, Web Programming, Web User Interface Design (UI), Cross-browser compatibility
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be self-motivated, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, innovative environment
