UiPath Developer Senior Software Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer – UiPath RPA & Power Apps to design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions leveraging UiPath, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end automation delivery, solution design, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

Automation Solution Development

• Design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath.
• Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries following best practices.
• Develop attended and unattended automation solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Design and implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.

Power Platform Development

• Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop custom connectors and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Build SharePoint-based and Dataverse-based business applications.
• Support citizen development initiatives and governance frameworks.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Conduct process assessments and feasibility studies.
• Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Design Documents (PDD), and technical specifications.
• Recommend automation opportunities and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of solutions.

Integration & Advanced Automation

• Integrate solutions with APIs, SQL databases, SharePoint, SAP, CRM, ERP, Outlook, and web applications.
• Implement OCR, Document Understanding, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and AI-powered automation capabilities.
• Support automation involving Excel, PDFs, email processing, and workflow orchestration.

Support & Governance

• Provide L2/L3 production support.
• Monitor bots through UiPath Orchestrator.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior developers and support technical growth.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Client Stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across automation programs.

Requirements

• Total Experience Expected: 02-04 years
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• Certifications: UiPath Certified Professional Developer (Preferred), Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate Certification (Preferred).

• UiPath: UiPath Studio, REFramework, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Test Suite, Document Understanding, Action Center, AI Center (Preferred), Process Mining (Preferred)
• Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven), Power Automate Cloud Flows, Dataverse, SharePoint Integration, Power Platform Governance
• Technical Skills: C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, JSON/XML, Azure Services (Preferred), PowerShell (Preferred)
