UIR Knowledge Management Project Lead

About the Position

We are seeking a UIR Knowledge Management Project Lead to join our team in Hsinchu, Taiwan. This role is pivotal in driving training and skill development initiatives within the EUV UIR and DUV UIR domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead Knowledge Management Initiatives

  • Drive initiatives for EUV UIR and DUV UIR domains.
  • Plan, organize, and execute training programs in collaboration with GTC.

• Skill Development & Monitoring

  • Own skill level tracking, including definition, monitoring, and continuous improvement actions.
  • Drive skill maturity progression in alignment with business demand and operation readiness.
  • Establish and maintain SMT (Skill Management Tool) monitoring.

• Reporting & Communication

  • Provide regular skill and training status reports to stakeholders.
  • Enable clear cross-sector communication between UIR, Operations, and supporting functions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Manpower Planning to align skill readiness with demand planning.
  • Partner with Operation teams to ensure training effectiveness supports real field needs.
  • Act as a key interface between UIR, training providers, and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong background in EUV UIR / DUV UIR operations or training environment.
• Proven experience in training program management and knowledge frameworks.
• Solid capability in skill tracking, analysis, and driving improvements.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and cross-sector collaboration skills.
• High ownership, coordination ability, and stakeholder management mindset.
