About the Position

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to join Heeeper, a UX/UI design agency dedicated to crafting intuitive, user-centric digital products. Our agency stands out for its deep understanding of the SaaS and tech industries, delivering designs that are not only beautiful but also accessible and scalable.

Responsibilities

Translate client goals and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
Create interactive prototypes for stakeholder and user testing
Work closely with developers during handoff and implementation
Participate in design reviews and client presentations, communicating design rationale clearly
Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and best practices

Requirements

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (agency experience is a plus)
Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
Strong skills in wireframing, visual design, and user flows
Understanding of UX research methods (user interviews, usability testing, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and ability to present your work confidently
A portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
