UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team working on a UK-based healthcare platform that enables remote patient monitoring, clinical research, and personalized healthcare. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with responsive web and mobile applications, turning complex healthcare workflows into clear and intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine user interfaces across responsive web and mobile applications.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and fellow designers.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable components.
• Contribute to user-centered design decisions based on research and feedback.
• Ensure designs align with accessibility and usability standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Solid portfolio showcasing interface design and user-centric thinking, including mobile and web applications.
• Strong skills in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and interaction patterns.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for healthcare or complex enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience conducting or analyzing usability testing.
