About the Position

About the Project

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to work on a B2B SaaS platform with dashboards, customer portals, admin panels, document workflows, reports, and operational tools. The product is used by business users who need clear navigation, efficient workflows, and interfaces that reduce manual work rather than simply look attractive.

The design workflow is based on Figma, reusable components, design systems, interactive prototypes, user flows, and close collaboration with product managers, business analysts, developers, and QA. Strong spoken English is required for discovery sessions, design reviews, handoff discussions, and communication with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for B2B web applications.
  • Work on dashboards, tables, filters, forms, role-based interfaces, admin tools, and reporting screens.
  • Improve existing product areas through UX audits, simplification of workflows, and usability improvements.
  • Maintain and extend design system components, patterns, and documentation in Figma.
  • Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to clarify user needs and feature scope.
  • Prepare developer-ready handoff materials, states, edge cases, responsive behavior, and interaction notes.
  • Participate in design reviews, product discussions, and user feedback analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial UI/UX design experience for web products.
  • Strong Figma skills, including components, variants, auto-layout, design systems, and prototypes.
  • Experience designing B2B SaaS, admin panels, dashboards, portals, or complex business workflows.
  • Good understanding of UX research basics, user flows, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Ability to design practical interfaces for tables, forms, filters, empty states, errors, permissions, and edge cases.
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility basics, and developer handoff expectations.
  • Strong spoken English - B2+ or higher for presenting design rationale and working with international teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data visualisation, analytics dashboards, or reporting interfaces.
  • Experience with design systems for enterprise products.
  • Basic understanding of frontend implementation constraints in React, Angular, or Vue projects.
  • Experience in fintech, healthcare, logistics, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS products.

We Offer

  • Opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid model.
