About the Position
We are seeking a Product Designer (UX/UI) to help us develop mobile products - from market research and UX solutions to interface creation, prototyping, and design handover to development. For us, design is not just about visual aesthetics. It's about creating a clear, convenient, and effective user experience that directly impacts product metrics and business results. We are looking for someone who can think product-oriented, loves to explore, pays attention to detail, and is ready to take responsibility for their decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze competitors, their UX mechanics, and design solutions
- Formulate product hypotheses with the Product Manager
- Develop product logic and functional requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX scenarios
- Develop UX/UI design for screens
- Design conversion-driven mechanics (paywalls, onboarding, funnels)
- Prepare materials for App Store / Google Play
- Maintain design documentation and support the design system
- Communicate with developers and hand over designs for implementation
- Test and analyze UI after development
Requirements
- 1–2 years of commercial experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience in UX/UI design for mobile applications
- Experience working with a Product Manager on product logic and functionality
- Skills in competitive analysis and UX research
- Understanding of User Flow, creation of wireframes, and prototypes
- Experience in handing over designs to development and interacting with the engineering team
- Basic understanding of product metrics and product thinking
Nice to Have
- Experience with design systems / UIKit
- Understanding of iOS / Android design patterns
- Experience in creating marketing materials
- Copywriting or graphic design skills
- English B1+
