About the Position
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (part-time/freelance) for creation design and new elements for existing e-commerce project!
The project is a mission-driven marketplace application that makes it easy to buy and sell products from favorite farmers markets, independent producers, and locally owned stores. Our app and ecosystem grows small businesses, builds community, and provides high-quality, healthy products to the communities in which we sell.
Responsibilities
- Adding new elements to the system to improve usability and highlight the product benefits
- Redesigning the existing parts of the system to be visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly
- Presenting user interface concepts and designs clearly and effectively to the customer and team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Experience creating design for mobile applications
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of web and mobile projects
- Upper-Intermediate in written and spoken English
- Attention to details
Nice to Have
- Experience creating designs for e-commerce
- Experience with freelance projects
