We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our healthcare application team in Prague, focusing on creating intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience goals and requirements for healthcare applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility standards.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.
- Translate complex healthcare workflows and data into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Produce and maintain design documentation, style guides, and UI component libraries in Figma.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback constructively.
- Stay up-to-date with UX best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements specific to Life Sciences and Healthcare.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma-based design work.
- Expertise in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards, particularly within healthcare or regulated industries.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Life Sciences and Healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines).
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional product teams.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance design-development collaboration.
- Certification in UX Design or related fields is a plus.
