About the Position
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with over 15 years of experience in design disciplines to join our team in Lviv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for various digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience
- Manage and mentor junior designers
- Conduct user research and usability testing
Requirements
- Over 15 years of industry experience across all design disciplines
- Proficiency in Dreamweaver, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Corel Draw, Sketch, After Effects, Adobe Audition, HTML, CSS, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and end-to-end processes
- Experience in project management and distributed team management
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of art and design theory
- Experience in organizing big international art events
