UI/UX designer (USA)

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer for a B2B role in the USA, focusing on creating advanced user experiences for complex applications.

Responsibilities

Advanced UX Staff:

• Knowledge of Design Systems: Experience in creating, maintaining, or working with design systems.
• Knowledge of Accessibility Standards (WCAG): Designing interfaces that are inclusive and accessible.
• Experience in designing interfaces for data-intensive and complex applications.
• Ability to design and visualize complex relationships between objects within the application, taking into account dependencies and the impact of changes across the system.
• Strong skills in designing advanced dashboards that help users quickly understand the current system state, extract key information, and respond effectively to changes.
• Proficiency in designing a clear and actionable system of event communication within the application, enabling users to understand what is happening and take appropriate action.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and an understanding of technical and system constraints related to the implementation of designed solutions.

Requirements

General UX Stuff:

• Owning the overall end-to-end process of user experience creation while working with clients.
• Analyzing the client’s business requirements.
• Collect and analyze data and make design decisions based on it.
• Drafting user journeys and establishing information architecture.
• Plan and conduct user research and tests.
• Preparing wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Cooperation with the development team and project manager.
