About the Position
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer for a B2B role in the USA, focusing on creating advanced user experiences for complex applications.
Responsibilities
Advanced UX Staff:
- Knowledge of Design Systems: Experience in creating, maintaining, or working with design systems.
- Knowledge of Accessibility Standards (WCAG): Designing interfaces that are inclusive and accessible.
- Experience in designing interfaces for data-intensive and complex applications.
- Ability to design and visualize complex relationships between objects within the application, taking into account dependencies and the impact of changes across the system.
- Strong skills in designing advanced dashboards that help users quickly understand the current system state, extract key information, and respond effectively to changes.
- Proficiency in designing a clear and actionable system of event communication within the application, enabling users to understand what is happening and take appropriate action.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and an understanding of technical and system constraints related to the implementation of designed solutions.
Requirements
General UX Stuff:
- Owning the overall end-to-end process of user experience creation while working with clients.
- Analyzing the client’s business requirements.
- Collect and analyze data and make design decisions based on it.
- Drafting user journeys and establishing information architecture.
- Plan and conduct user research and tests.
- Preparing wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Cooperation with the development team and project manager.
