About the Position
We are seeking a Lead UX/UI Product Designer to join our team in Tel Aviv, Israel, focusing on creating intuitive and impactful user experiences. Seeking an experienced UX/UI Product Designer to play a crucial role in the redesign and enhancement of our innovative platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user-centric interfaces.
- Craft visually compelling and cohesive designs and interactive prototypes.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements and feedback into intuitive and engaging designs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including design patterns, components, and guidelines. Ensure design consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs. Analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and ideas for new features and enhancements, contributing to the product's overall vision and roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Experience designing complex data-driven platforms for the Fintech industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Figma design tools, visualizing complex data, and interaction design.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback. Ability to translate research findings into actionable design improvements.
- Skilled at articulating design decisions and advocating for the user experience. Experienced in working with customers to refine their feedback into designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges.
