UI/Visual Designer (Global E-commerce & Gamification)

About the Position

Our design team is excited to welcome a passionate UI/Visual Designer to work closely with them. Our project originates from the Netherlands and focuses on creating high-impact loyalty campaigns and engaging mini-games for world-renowned e-commerce brands. This is a unique opportunity to work on a product used by millions of users monthly. The core of the work involves the creative adaptation of our successful loyalty engine for various global clients. You will focus on high-quality visual execution, adapting brand identities into fun, interactive digital experiences. We embrace a modern workflow, frequently using AI tools for asset generation to speed up the process, allowing you to focus on the final polish and composition.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with innovative entrepreneurs, aka clients, and explain design rationale on the top management level.
• Work on the design of mobile application projects in different spheres (preferably e-commerce).
• Get involved in all stages of the design process.
• Ensure the design is correctly implemented by developers.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in commercial projects, preferably for mobile applications.
• Strong graphic design skills, understanding of color theory, typography, and ability to create assets.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong UI expertise.
• Understanding of the Design Thinking process.
• Excellent skills in Figma and understanding of all of its features.
• Ability to create component libraries.
• Ability to match business requirements and user needs in the design of a digital product.
• A fiendish eye for detail and empathy for our customers.
• A portfolio with your latest works.
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with loyalty campaigns.
• Experience with Spline and Rive (or similar).
• Experience with illustration creation (both vector and raster).
