About the Position

At Boldare, quality isn't an afterthought; it's built into how we work. We're looking for a Unified Test Analyst who wants to be part of that: someone who asks hard questions early, catches what others miss, and helps teams deliver products people can actually rely on. If you care about the craft of testing and want real ownership of quality, this is your spot.

  • Ensure that software features address the right problems and deliver value
  • Work closely with Product Designers, Developers, and Agile Project Leads on a daily basis

  • Plan and manage your own tasks in a supportive, self-organizing team

Requirements

  • Technical Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in commercial software development projects
    • Proficiency in acceptance, exploratory, and regression testing
    • Hands-on experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia (RESTful and SOAP methods)
    • Knowledge of DevTools and browser debugging tools
    • Ability to write clear, concise bug reports and comprehensive test cases
    • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestMo)
    • Solid understanding of defect management, including tracking, prioritizing, and verifying bugs
    • Ability to identify and document technical debt across the project lifecycle
    • Experience testing complex systems with external dependencies
    • Basic SQL skills to verify data integrity and ensure data quality
    • Familiarity with databases and tools for data inspection
    • Familiarity with performance and load testing concepts (e.g. k6, JMeter)
    • Experience with log analysis tools such as Grafana or similar
    • Basic knowledge of Git
    • Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing
    • Ability to discuss implementation details with developers (frontend/backend)
    • Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and risks in software behavior
    • B2+ level of English & Polish (written and spoken)
  • Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
    • Familiarity with Gherkin syntax or BDD practices
    • Knowledge of QA metrics and reporting practices
    • Experience in defining/refining requirements and business goals
    • Ability to create use case diagrams or process documentation
    • Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, or similar)

Salary

  • Employment contract (UoP): 8,400 – 13,400 PLN gross
  • B2B contract: 10,000 – 16,000 PLN net
